Why Conejita?... Well, my name is Bunny

​

I’ve been cooking Mexican food as long as I can remember. It’s always been my go to food style.

One day I had my first pub fajita…and I realised that my fajitas were off the scale. I realised that I’d created the Sticky Fajita which quite honestly kicked the classic (British Fajita) out of the park.

I realised that I was cooking Mexican food with a massive twist and making it my own.

 

Applying this to the rest of my menu, using authentic Mexican ingredients, I’ve created my Conejita Classics.

Street Food

Every single country has it’s street food, delicious, exciting, joyous insights into each culture.

Let’s be honest we are all excited to be out again, experiencing new flavours, meeting new people, doing what humans love most, chatting and eating and generally loving life.

So what better way to experience the spice of life than at festivals and markets, these mixing pots of flavours.

Experience has expanded our pallets far beyond the fast food of the 50s. We require zing and zest, freshness and fruitiness, meaty and cheesy, spicey and sweet.
